This €4 million turnover IT company was on the ropes in several ways (including cash-flow issues) in a rapidly changing market-place. I worked with the CEO on leadership, focus and personal productivity levels. We developed a new strategy and pathway for the business which I assisted in selling this to staff and directors. I re-branded the business which was recognised by Enterprise Ireland for exceptional re-branding impact, truly beneficial in new export markets. In staff training I fostered a culture of creativity and heightened productivity. A few did not welcome the change and left the team leaving behind a unified group who passionately shared the new vision. My role lasted 24 months by which time turnover had reached €10 million. Today, four years later, turnover has passed €65 million and I welcome the continued updates from the CEO on how this great company is progressing.
